Shipping policies
Once item is shipped you will be notified. Time on shipping is 1 to 10 business days with in the US and Canada. International shipping does vary but we do ship ALL items with the fastest shipping service we can with the shipping funds that are provided. If you wish for rush delivery an optional $5 will be available very shortly. Local shipping is always with in the week. Please do not send credit card information through e-mail.
Payment options
All customers are welcome to purchase through PayPal. When purchasing through PayPal, simply follow the steps outlined through the process. Certified cheques are also accepted. Please be advised that your order will not be shipped until payment is received and cleared. If you have any additional questions please e-mail info@bundlesofluv.ca.
For Coupon users. Please email with your order and coupon#, and where you received the coupon from to get your discount. Once you send the email you will receive a money request from Pay Pal with your total amount due.
Redeemable vouchers will be added very shortly.
Customer service
Demonstration video's have been added for instructions on using your new sling. They can be located on the 'instructions' page as well as the 'How to wear' page.
Are you Local? The owner of Bundles of Luv does offer one on one assistance in your home at no charge if you own a Bundles of Luv Sling. Simply email or call to set up a one on one appointment.
would you like to see the fabric before you buy? Send us an email with your address and what you are interested in and we would be happy to send out a fabric swatch. This service is free of charge.
Exchange Policies
All items are available for exchange within 15 days of receiving the item. If you would like to see a fabric swatch of the material you are interested in before you buy, please feel free to contact us (pertains only to the slings). This service is free of charge. If you wish to do an exchange, all tags and packaging must be returned and the item must be as it arrived (free of smells, washing, long periods of use, damage). If you decided to exchange for an item of lesser value you will receive a credit note for the remainder of your purchase to use in the future, amount will be after shipping fees apply (if the amounts adds to below $10 we will issue a refund). Shipping charges will apply to all items should you wish to do an exchange.
